5 star experience! Extremely clean hotel in the most beautiful part of Sestri Levante. Polite staff and perfect food. Sunbeds are very expensive but the beach is fabulous so it's totally worth the price! Will be back as soon as possible!

We had a wonderful stay with our children at the Miramare Hotel in Sestri Levante. Excellent service, nice and clean rooms and a fantastic view of the bay with exclusive access to the Bahia del Silencio. Definitely a unique place along the Ligurian coast.

You should inform before booking that you ask for 40€ per person to use the sun lounger/umbrella etc daily apart of the cost of the hotel. I consider with the hotel price it should be included.

Extremely clean, staff is very nice and polite. Sunbeds are a ripoff but the private beach makes up for it.

Hotel Miramare in Sestri Levante is simply magical! So much attention to details and ambience. If you are lucky enough to have a room with a view of the sea (la Baia del Silenzio) I promise you will never forget your stay here. The food was hands down the best in town. I also loved the aperitivo and the breakfasts, so many choices! And as for the personnel, they are kind, professional and very friendly. Need I say more? Yes, I will go back to the Miramare because a piece of my heart is still there. Grazie!

Location and friendliness of staff are both excellent (!). Price-performance ratio however is definitely low. Rooms are partially run-down. Hidden costs as many amenities are not included: Spa and sunbeds/use of private beach cost extra for hotel guests, the latter go for €30 per person / day (standard rate). Parking costs an additional €25 per day. And this in a hotel that charges at least €270 per night. Terrible country music throughout the day. On the bright side, we were given a free room upgrade after complaining --> excellent reaction by the reception! All in all, this hotel is very good but too expensive.

We were very underwhelmed with our room. We had the deluxe room which our son slept on the pullout couch. There were no coffee/tea facilities which was disappointing. But for the price we really thought we’d get a room with a view or at least a balcony. Shame really because it’s in a great location for viewing the bay. Also note housekeeping wasn’t done on our arrival and it was messy when we went in.
